This punchy style shiraz rosé from Margaret River will surprise you with it’s sophisticated depth. Coral in colour, the palette is delicate and dry with notes of strawberry and florals, and masters a balance of being full body yet crisp to finish. A good drop for white meat and grazing boards. Truthfully, it holds its own with most things.

A wet spring followed by a dry summer made for a reaaaal long ripening that produced a punchy flavour across all varietals.

In the first instance this shiraz rose is lifted with notes of strawberry, fairy floss and floral aromas. Ask it to stay a while on your palette, and you will pick up a green earthiness that compliments a crisp finish.
